Gymnastics!

Avery is really enjoying gymnastics, which drew to a close this week.  She is constantly doing cartwheels, handstands and handstand rolls.  Good form!

Last baseball game

Capped off a great year on the big field at the Y.  Two hits and some great play in the field, including some catcher.

Children Cook

Lazy Rainy Sunday, so the kids decided to cook...zeppole!

Delicious.

Year Round Hockey

With the Rangers out of the playoffs, and the pro season winding down, Trevor's love of the game continues.  Knee hockey stick rack is substantial -- NHL helmets are lined up to track the Stanley Cup playoff bracket.

CNSW Close out

Avery's time at CNSW is winding down.  A few days to go she wore a great dress and Daddy took her to school.

Memorial Day Weekend, Pancake Breakfast

Thank you, Kiwanis.  Good pancakes.

Avalon Pool

Memorial Day Weekend -- pool is open!

House of Cards

Trevor got into building card houses one day.

Avery plays soccer

She has serious skills.  Should be interesting to watch.  If nothing else, the shirt is awesome.

Gigi & Grandaddy

Quick visit from G&G.  Avery got to show off our Disney memory book which led to much chin scratching...

Scouts: Bear!

Another year of scouts behind us and Trevor now wears the baby blue of a Bear Cub!  Good year with new adventures.

Avery Self Portrait

CNSW Art Show had some great stuff, including a frighteningly realistic self-portrait by Avery G.

Trevor takes the mound

Trevor has had a great spring of sports with soccer, baseball and lacrosse.  In second grade the baseball boys started pitching this year, and Trevor got a chance.  Pitched right out of that hat...

Avery Performs

Not to be outdone... Avery can put on a show of her own!

Crystal Theater Spring Show

Trevor took the stage again in May.  The show was an original "Nightmare at Dream Camp."  Trevor had a funny role -- one of two boys Willie and Manny who had some good laugh lines.  He did great!  Delivered the lines slowly and clearly and was fantastic.

Mother's Day

We MADE chocolate covered strawberries and some artwork for Mommy, as well as a chia-soak bowl for breakfast.  Happy Mother's Day.

Rec Basketball Coaching

Trev took the big whistle and coached 5/6 rec hoops again.  Great year, great run.
