COVID-19 Coronavirus March 2020

Life at home with just us.  Keeping schedules, eLearning, lots of hikes.  No sports, no clubs, no school, no commute.  Games, books, trampoline, Teddy, hikes, cooking.  The death and economic hardship are crippling and depressing.  But the reset and the bonding are invigorating.

Right now we know the schools are closed at least until April 20.  Lacrosse and soccer are doubtful.  Work is remote.  eLearning is hard.

Then things got weird

Rangers beat the Caps and Mika scored 5 goals.  Dad went off to Dubai, and the COVID-19 virus continued its global romp.  Dubai was amazing, fascinating place, beautiful and spotless.  But the virus kept spreading and he got home just under the wire.  Schools closed that night -- indefinitely.

Introduction on the Ice

Trevor Galligan!!!

Hockey Final Weekend

Trevor's house team lost a tough one in the finals, 3-1.  Trev played well but more importantly had a great year and a great season -- the lone Wilton kid on a Darien program.  He made the most of it and had a blast, scoring a ton of goals.

Rec Basketball Coaching

Trev took the big whistle and coached 5/6 rec hoops again.  Great year, great run.
