 Broadway Theme, we got a Newsie's number and "You're the One that I Want" from Grease.

Spring 2023 Lacrosse -- Avery

6 Blue, coached by Summer and eventually by Summer, Kat Dineen, Isabelle DiNanno and others.  Really good developmental season for Avery - she gained confidence and sees what it takes to be good and be aggressive.  The wins didn't come easy but the team got better as the year went on and Avery ran a lot of middie, and scored a couple goals.  We are all learning to share and she is ahead of the game on that part.  We will see where this goes, but the passion and the smarts are there, as is the stick.

 

2023 Spring Lacrosse -- Trevor

 Trev has had a great Freshman lacrosse season.  He has played for Freshman and JV, racking up the wins and playing great.  Notable games were a one-goal loss to Prep (Freshman), Freshman OT win over Staples, last second win over Staples Freshman, and an OT Freshman loss at New Canaan.  Started the Spring with some varsity reps and played in the preseason scrimmage against Cheshire -- who has Matt Jeffery, the top recruit in the class of 2024, committed to ND.  He got better and got respect, and was called up to Varsity for the playoff run.  Warriors beat Ridgefield in the rain in the first round of the FCIACs, then beat Darien by one and New Canaan by a few to win the FCIAC for the first time since 1999.  Evan played the game of his life against NC and won tourney MVP.  Incredible and unlikely run for these seniors and fun for Trev to be a part of it. He also got to help coach Grade 4 a little bit, which was a lot of fun.
