Hurlbutt School

Built in 1848, and the scene of annual field trips today, the Hurlbutt Schoolhouse got a visit from Avery's class.  The outhouse was noteworthy, as was the corporal punishment stories.  They got to write on slates, and with quills, and had to stand when speaking.  Fun day!
